The Duke of Sussex has joined wife Megan and son Archie in Canada to begin their “exciting next chapter” together as a family.
Prince Harry touched down in Vancouver Island just hours after a day of meetings with Prime Minister Boris Johnson and other world leaders, in what may have been his final official engagement as a working royal.
The duke has not seen eight-month-old Archie for two weeks and was said to be “desperate” to reunite with him and Meghan in the country where they reportedly plan to settle.
It comes after he gave an emotional speech on Sunday night, saying he had “no other option” but to give up his official royal duties and take a “leap of faith” by forging a new, “more peaceful” life.
