43-year-old Katie Price a former glamour model has revealed that she feels ‘overweight, sluggish and fat’ as she struggles to get back in shape on her holiday to Thailand.
She revealed in her latest YouTube video how she gets ‘out of breath going up the stairs’ and was forcing herself to go the gym even though she ‘hates’ it.
It comes after Katie revealed the results of her 13th boob job earlier this week while on holiday with her fiancé Carl Woods as she showed off her biggest ever bust on a boat.
She said in her most-recent video update as she went to a fitness centre: ‘I thought I would start the gym. I have got to do something, I feel overweight, sluggish and I am even out of breathe going up the stairs.’
As she hit one of the exercise machines, Katie explained how she is still able to work out despite breaking both her feet in 2020 and being left with ongoing damage.
She continued: ‘I haven’t been to the gym for ages. It kills and I hate every bit of it, but slowly, slowly. I am not going to kill myself.
‘My feet are alright with stuff like this, I just can’t do the running machine and stuff.’
Later on in her YouTube video, Katie admitted she had been struggling to eat healthily while away because the food in Thailand is so good.
‘I thought I would here and have noodle soup and start some training but it has gone downhill so far,’ she said.
‘I just moan every night to Carl ‘oh my god, look at my belly, I feel bloated, I feel fat’. All I do is moan. I moan but at the same time I eating so where’s the logic in that.’
Katie reportedly had her latest boob job and full body liposuction with bum fat removal, at the BeClinic in Overijse, Belgium in December and revealed them on Tuesday while posing on a boat in a skimpy bikini.
According to The Mirror, Katie’s family are ‘horrified’ at her latest procedure and are said to be disappointed surgeons agreed to perform on her.
A source said: ‘It’s getting really silly now and more than a little irresponsible. Everyone’s quite horrified, to be honest.’
Katie’s mother Amy previously admitted she fears her daughter might have body dysmphoria, telling The Sunday Times: ‘She doesn’t tell me now because she knows I’ll go ballistic.
‘Maybe she does it because she doesn’t feel she’s attractive enough, or maybe it’s body dysmorphia. Part of the problem is she gets her surgeries free, so someone is always capitalizing on her name.’
The mother-of-five had her first cosmetic surgery at the tender age 18 where she had a boob job taking her breasts for a B cup to a C cup and had her first liposuction.
Last year on Steph’s Packed Lunch, Katie visited Dr Prakesh who performed her first cosmetic operation and was told he wouldn’t perform on her now.
He told her: ‘If you came to me now, I would not do surgery. The risk of repeated botox and fillers is you age faster sometimes. With repeated surgery you are interfering with the skin, stretching it, and you lose elasticity.’
Carl has also told Katie to lay off the surgeries, previously telling OK! magazine: ‘There is a point when it’s too much and an unnecessary risk. I think the surgery does need to stop. You can look too plastic.’
