Kuwait Sporting Club has signed former Super Eagles captain Mikel Obi.
The deal was sealed on Thursday July 1, Kuwait Sporting Club announced via its Twitter handle.
The club tweeted, “Welcome @mikel_john_obi.”
Mike who will leave Stoke City following the deal made had triggered an extension of his contract at Stoke in June.
Mikel, 34, made 41 appearances for the English Championship in the 2020-2021 season.
