The APC Rivers chapter last week got a court order to restrain Giadom from parading himself as the party’s deputy national secretary after his suspension on Sunday, the party in Rivers suspended Giadom.
As the party on Monday swore-in Worgu Boms, as Giadom replacement.
This decision by the ruling party was made after its Rivers chapter secured a court order restraining Giadom from parading himself as the occupant of the office. Thus, Boms, who appeared in outlandish attire, was officially declared the successor of Giadom. Boms was a former attorney-general and commissioner for Justice Rivers State.
Giadom, however, is still fighting, despite the torrents of missiles from various directions.
His lawyer, Wole Afolabi issued a statement today to declare Giadom’s suspension as contemptuous of the ruling of Justice Bature of the FCT Federal High Court on 10 March.
The court order was based on Giadom’s resignation of his position in 2018
